To place any order and to have a quotation from AFL, the buyer should send an inquiry in an orderly manner. This sort of inquiry is commonly known as Tech Pack or Development Sheet which incorporates the following information:

1. Product type or name:
2. Graphical image or photo of the product (If applicable):
3. Style number (if applicable):
4. Order number (if applicable):
5. Name of the fabric (Style-wise):
6. Style-wise fabric construction or element (e.g., 100% cotton, 60% cotton + 40% polyester etc.):
7. Style-wise and size-wise measurement chart:
8. Style-wise order quantity (Our minimum order quantity is 1000 Pieces per color or per style):
9. Color or style-wise quantity breakdown (e.g., Red: 20,000 Pieces, Blue: 15,500 Pieces etc.):
10. Size-wise quantity breakdown (e.g., S: 600 Pieces, XL: 800 Pieces etc.):
11. Expected date of placing the order:
12. Expected date of shipment:
13. Mode of shipment (Sea vessel or Air cargo):
14. Name of destination port:
15. Term of payment (Irrevocable L/C at Sight or TT):
16. Required packing details (if applicable):
17. Accessories requirement (if applicable):
18. Style-wise target price (if applicable):
19. Required quotation type (FOB/ C&F/ CIF):
