Alwan Fashion Limited (AFL) follows certain business policy in every step of its business. AFL acts as an apparel trading company and a buying agent as well as a buying house. It supplies all kinds of ready-made garment products to any part of the world according to the buyers’ requirements and selections. When we receive a tech pack we negotiate with the distinguished buyers and suggest them how they can have the best quality garments with minimum rate. When the orders are finalized, we transfer them to the concerned manufacturing factories directed by others. Next, we organize in detail discussion with those factories concerning that order and come to a final decision that how the orders will be to executed in the lead time. We always focus to ship the ordered products within the fixed time. Bearing this in mind, AFL always keeps contact and supervises as well as leads the manufacturing factories to ensure optimal quality of products.
Generally, the buyers are from distant countries, so it is almost impossible for them to keep in touch with the factories and supervise the order all the time. Because of this, sometimes, timely delivery can be uncertain. Here AFL can play a crucial role to choose the best product and to ensure the timely delivery with maximum security. We can confidently say that if a buyer orders a product though us, he will always be in a safe, secured and relief state. Here we further add here that we have a highly efficient QC team. They do not compromise with the factories in terms of quality as they check piece to piece garment ensuring buyer’s required quality. On the other hand, our extremely experienced merchandising team collect all the raw ingredients and quicken the production process in a planned way in collaboration with the QC team. Here the merchandising team act as a linkage among QC team, manufacturing factories and buyers. Consequently, AFL always executes all of its orders with a great success.
Currently we execute our orders with the assistance of 25 complied garment factories, who are affiliated with us. We always try to execute our garment orders through complied garment factory.
