- Style Number (if applicable)
- Order Reference Number (if applicable)
Fabric & Specifications
- Fabric Name (style-wise)
- Fabric Composition (e.g., 100% cotton, 60% cotton / 40% polyester)
- Measurement Chart (style-wise and size-wise)
Quantity & Color Breakdown
- Order Quantity per Style
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1,000 pieces per style or per color - Quantity Breakdown by Color or Style
Example: Red – 20,000 pcs, Blue – 15,500 pcs - Quantity Breakdown by Size
Example: S – 600 pcs, XL – 800 pcs
Shipment & Payment Details
- Expected Order Placement Date
- Expected Shipment Date
- Preferred Shipping Mode (Sea or Air)
- Destination Port
- Payment Terms (Irrevocable L/C at Sight or TT)
